Booking & Payment

• Bookings should be placed one week in advance via Website Submission, Email or Instagram DM.

• Invoices will be issued upon project completion. Payment must be made via bank transfer. Once payment is received, full access to google drive with unwatermarked content will be available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Weather-related reschedules are accommodated without penalty, particularly for outdoor or drone-based shoots. Safety and content quality are our priority. No cancellation fee will apply to bookings rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions.

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled day. Please note that a $15 cancellation fee will apply if the requirements are not met.

• Confirmation on the day of the scheduled shoot is mandatory. If confirmation is not received, the booking will be considered a no-show and be charged as cancellation.

Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery is 4-14 business days from the scheduled shoot day, depending on project size and complexity.

• Express editing is available upon request and will incur an additional fee.

Drone & Aerial Work

• Site 4 is fully CASA-licensed and insured for drone operations.

• All drone work is subject to airspace restrictions, weather, and safety conditions.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining any site-specific permissions (e.g from building managers, property owners, business owners or employees).

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure all filming locations are safe, accessible, and cleared for shooting.

• Clients must ensure that all necessary permissions, permits, or approvals have been obtained for filming at the chosen location prior to the scheduled shoot.

• If working on active job sites, please provide proper site inductions, PPE requirements, and notify us of any hazards.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that any individuals appearing on camera have provided consent to be filmed where required.

• Clients must communicate any key deliverables or brand guidelines before the shoot.

• Clients must inform us in advance of any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations that may affect the filming session.

• Confirmation on the day of the scheduled shoot is mandatory. If confirmation is not received, the booking will be considered a no-show and be charged as cancellation.

Content Use & Licensing

• Final content is licensed for personal, commercial and promotional use by the client.

• Site 4 retains the right to use selected footage/photos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Raw footage is available upon request for an additional fee.

Revisions & Edits

• All packages include two rounds of minor revisions (e.g., music, colour adjustments, trimming clips, adding logos or transitions)

• Additional revision requests may incur a cost of $15
